Uber Lilith also has a Stagger Bar directly below their health, which is filled when players cast and use Crowd Control skills. With each new phase, Uber Lilith will drop multiple health vials for players to pick up. During combat, as players reduce Uber Lilith's health to each breakpoint, arrows on the health bar will flip up and turn gray, signifying the next phase of the fight has begun.

The first breakpoint translates to 75% hp, and the rest consecutively translate to 50% and 25%. We can use these breakpoints to identify her health percentage. The health bar of Uber Lilith has 3 breakpoints during stage 1. The boss will not be visible at the start but once you get close to the middle of the arena she will drop down and push you back. You will walk the demonic halls of Mephisto's Temple once again and finally arrive at the boss platform to encounter Uber Lilith.
